I have never had this problem until this past week, and estimate that I do not have this problem with about 75% of the free Roku programs or movies. You had experienced the downlink QoS delay larger than 2s on your end in your meeting. If I back out of the program, return to the same program again, and "RESUME", surprisingly, the program begin to play exactly where I backed out, as it should, the video moving in perfect synch with the sound and subtitles again.BUT in a very short while, the same old problem - the video freezes and the audio and subtitles continue to play despite the frozen video. Here is a recent response from Zoom support: we have found out the cause of the issue from her why your audio is lagging on your participants' ends. If the problem is with your internet service provider and you need to use Zoom on a regular basis, it may be time to shop around for another provider that can offer the bandwidth you need. I will have to reload the video to get a full playthrough. If your video keeps freezing in a Zoom call, click Stop Video and try audio-only. This is the latest Samsung software update, ever since I downloaded this last one, videos from all sources (IG, Snap, Youtube) will play for a few seconds, then the video freezing while the audio continues. Use the Camera dropdown to select the webcam that you want to use. It occurs only with movies listed in Roku Channel's free programs, particularly the more unusual (perhaps less watched) videos. On Zoom, click the settings cog and go to the Video tab. Video capture device is using the Zoom with 'Use Preset' checked and Preset: 1280x720 chosen. I've included a log file and I'll list my setup below, any help is appreciated. Am having a very similar issue (the program sometimes reloads, but not always, and can occur in as little as 15 seconds of watching). I've hooked up a ZoomQ2n 4K camera to OBS and one minute into a recording video input freezes audio input recording continues. ![]()
